improvements and bugfixes:
- block wallet creation if the ticket uses a barcode type that is not supported by wallet
- if exists use datetime of ticket for doors open time in wallet (instead of event entrance/startdate)
- return name for custom domains
- tickets with barcode errors can't be sent to other users
- changed behaviour of display names for different user states
- fixed registration state handling
